NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — The wife of the imam who wants to build a mosque near Ground Zero said repairs were under way at the two apartment buildings that Feisal Abdul Rauf owns in Union City, New Jersey.

Daisy Khan made the assertion in court papers filed Thursday. Earlier this week, a judge ordered the couple to provide documentation that repairs are being made.
