It's the 3rd annual New York Culinary Experience and it's about to kick off in the big apple in just a few weeks. Zak Pelaccio is a partner in two "Fatty Crab" restaurants in Manhattan and the recently-opened "Fatty Cue" in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
