NEW YORK (CBS 2) — A Long Island burglary suspect’s love of social networking may help lead to his capture.

Suffolk County police released two pictures of the man they said broke into a home in East Hampton back in July.

He stole numerous items, including several laptops.

These images were captured when investigators said he used one of the laptops to log onto the social networking account of one of his victims.

A $5,000 reward was being offered for information leading to an arrest.
