Traffic Tie-Ups Begin To Ease Near GWB
NEW YORK (1010 WINS/AP) -- Traffic conditions are beginning to ease around the George Washington Bridge following an earlier fuel spill.

Once on the bridge, outbound traffic is moving.
Earlier, extremely heavy traffic was reported from the Cross Bronx Expressway, Major Deegan and Harlem River Drive.
