Former NJ Governor Gets Married

HOBOKEN, N.J. (AP) -- Former New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine will spend the Thanksgiving holiday on his honeymoon.

Corzine married longtime companion Sharon Elghanayan at his Hoboken penthouse on Tuesday. They and their families then left on a vacation to an unannounced destination.

The Democrat told The Star-Ledger of Newark in a prepared statement, "When you get to share this kind of joy with your kids and grandkids, you know that you've been truly blessed."

Corzine was married once before and has three grown children. This is the third marriage for Elghanayan, who has two grown children.
