WCBS 880's Rich Lamb reports

To say that the ebullient Dolan is looking forward to leading the celebration of Midnight Mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral would seem to be an understatement.

"Well, I'm kinda glad this year, that we're holding tradition," Dolan told WCBS 880 reporter Rich Lamb. "Even the Pope seems to have given in now. Even he's doing his at 10 o'clock in Rome, but I think I'd be thrown off the Empire State Building if I tried to change Midnight Mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral and I don't have any intention of doing so. I love it."

The Archbishop says there's a sense of eagerness and anticipation that radiates at Midnight Mass.
