Investigation Continues In Deadly L.I. House Fire
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Officials are investigating a fire that killed a 51-year-old man early Tuesday on Long Island.
At 12:51 a.m., police responded to a 911 call reporting a fire at 11 Juliet Lane in Fort Salonga. Upon arrival, police and firefighters found the home fully engulfed in flames.
When they were able to enter, they found Timothy Salsone dead in the master bedroom.
The cause of the fire is unknown as Suffolk County Police Homicide and Arson Squad detectives investigate.
