NEW YORK (AP) — Federal prosecutors have accused a Bronx woman of providing illegal silicone injections at her home for cosmetic purposes.
Prosecutors said Whalesca Castillo, who was arrested Friday, sometimes charged more than $1,000 for each round of shots. They said she imported liquid silicone from the Dominican Republic and administered injections to women for breast and buttocks enhancement.
