B&C Show Blog & Audio: Chant Away, We Want 'Melo!

Bobby Dwyer

The Booms was a battling a little sinus infection this morning, but not to worry, he made it into work to take his seat alongside his radio partner, so the two of them could go about their business.  The dynamic duo got things started by talking about comments made by Knicks coach Mike D'Antoni, regarding the fans at the Garden chanting 'we want Melo' Wednesday night during the Knicks loss to the Clippers.  Craig thinks it's laughable that D'Antoni would make such a statement, saying if he wants the chants to cease, he should see to it that his team does not take the floor ill-prepared, which certainly seemed to be the case against Blake Griffin and the Clips.  Now we all get to wait and see where Melo ends up when the dust settles, but the longer this drags out, the more convinced Craig becomes that it won't be in the Big Apple.  Craigie was also very excited to learn that the shirt Boomer gave to him has thumb holes, unfortunately he dripped caramel on the shirt while enjoying a pre-Show treat, so that is where we begin…

Craig is not a big fan of the flyovers prior to the start of big sporting events, so when he saw this article regarding the cost to have four F-18's flyover the Cowboys Stadium, which had its roof closed by the way,  before the kickoff of Super Bowl 45, he just about went through the roof, literally…

For some reason Al told Craig all about an upsetting dream he had involving Dominique during an afternoon nap yesterday and how it ruined the rest of his day.  Craig of course talked about the dream on the air, which prompted Eddie to tell everyone about how Al has been leaving candy shaped hearts for Dominique all week long.  Sounds to me like someone has a crush…

Admirably, boomer made it through the entire Show today, despite battling a pretty mean sinus infection and when it came time for Jerry's highly anticipated Moment of the Day, he selected a conversation B&C had, when the Booms told Craig which part of his body he likes to apply the Vicks Vapor Rub…
