Pedestrian Struck In Midtown, Remains In Critical Condition

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – A pedestrian remains in critical condition after being hit by a truck in Midtown early Saturday morning.

Police said a 52-year-old Hispanic male was crossing West 38th Street at Seventh Avenue when a 2003 Ford truck making a left turn from Seventh and struck the man.

Emergency responders transported the pedestrian to Bellevue Hospital.

Police said there is no criminality suspected at this time, but the investigation is ongoing.
