NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – The cold, calculated shooting was caught on tape.
18-year-old Andre Pitts was riding in the elevator of 230 Lott Avenue in Brownsville April 17th. A man wearing a black jacket with red, white and green stripes is seen in the elevator with him.READ MORE: Police: Man Stabbed In Head With Machete After Argument At Walmart In Kearny, N.J.
When Pitts stepped out of the elevator on the fourth floor, the other man followed him, produced a gun, and fired several times.

Now police say the man in the photograph above has been arrested in Albany.
Detectives arrested 20-year-old Djavan Perry at the home of a relative.

So far, no word on why Perry allegedly gunned Pitts down.
