Billy Dean already has a location in North Bellmore. It's known as Long Island's number one strip club.

Now, he wants to open a location in Wantagh, near homes with well manicured lawns.

The building is neat and clean, but there are no windows and that was the first indication to residents that something was a bit out of place.

Lots of children live in this neighborhood.

One mother of three wants to move, saying, "It's scary. I have three kids that live here. I have two teenage girls and a young son. I don't need them to see that."

Another resident said the thought of it makes him sick.

"We all know that these places exist, but you don't stick it in the middle of a residential area," he said. "You can imagine what you're going to get here at 4 o'clock in the morning."

Billy Dean said that the proposed cabaret would be Las Vegas style adult entertainment with no nudity and no minors will be allowed inside.

The town board of appeals may rescind the approval for the business.
