B&C Morning Show: Is Dillon Gee An All-Star?
Craig got a little ahead of himself during Jerry "Rello" Recco's fist update of the morning when he talked about Dillon Gee - who improved his record to 4-0 last night with a win against the Cubs -having an All-Star worthy year for the Mets.
Gee has had a pretty good year, posting an ERA of 3.83 to go along with his perfect record, but Boomer and Jerry let Craigie know that an All-Star he is not - not yet at least. Jason Bay was in left field behind Gee last night after leaving Tuesday night's game with tightness in his left calf and according to Boomer & Craig, it was a good thing.

Jerry provided post-game audio from the aforementioned Jones as well as Mariano Rivera - who made his 1,00th appearance with the Yanks, Joe Girardi and winning pitcher Freddy Garcia.
Rounding things out, the Phillies beat the Reds in a 19 inning, 6 hour 11 minute affair and we heard from Philadelphia skipper Charlie Manuel, which is always entertaining...
