B&C Morning Show: Sterling At It Again, Suzyn By His Side

What more can be said about the team of John Sterling and Suzyn Waldman and their "unique style" of calling a baseball game.  Last night they were at it again on our sister station, WCBS 880, calling all of the action from last night's Yankees 12-4 win over the Rangers at the Stadium in the Bronx.  So just before Jerry "Rello" Recco's first update of the morning, Boomer & Craig played a little game we like to call, "You Make the Call," as a way of paying tribute to the Yankees' radio broadcast team.

The Mets improved to 33-34 with a 4-3 win over the Braves in Atlanta last night and even after a win, Terry Collins sounded a little "punch drunk."  Former Mets manager Jerry Manuel made an appearance on the MLB Network, which Craigie got a kick out of.  Dillon Gee goes tonight for the Mets and that gave Al a reason to play some of his parody song paying tribute to the 7-game winner.

Then we listened to LeBron James' apology for his post-game comments about his charmed life, as the self-proclaimed "King" tries his hand in a little damage control...
