Gotham Gossipist: Kim Kardashian To Take Over TV, NYC

By Kimberly Rae Miller

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Once upon a time Kim Kardashian was just some rich girl dating the brother of 90's pop star Brandi. Now, thanks to a little home movie making, the girl's wearing $2 million engagement ring - and moving to the East coast to be with soon-to-be hubby Kris Humphries.

Back in April, before the New Jersey Nets forward put a ring on it, a source close to Kim revealed to Us Weekly that the most famous of the Kardashian sisters was planning on moving to the East coast to be closer to her man.  Now that she's going to be Mrs. Humphries, it's a certainty.

But don't buy your housewarming gifts so soon, there's still a wee bit of business that needs to go down Beverly Hills style. Like the wedding—  you get to watch it.

According to PopEater.com's Rob Shuter, Ryan Seacrest's production company is already on board to film and televise the 2-hour special for E!

The source told Shuter, "[Kim] is so used to having cameras follow her that she doesn't even notice them anymore. Kim really wants her fans to celebrate with her on the most important day of her life."

And share they will. Besides being televised, it's rumored that the wedding, which Kardashian has hinted will go down sometime in early August, will also have a spread in PEOPLE magazine.

Not bad for a girl that got famous for doing the nasty with a D-lister. Now, please excuse me while I go find a camera and a boyfriend.
