Elderly Queens Woman Hit By Minivan Remains Critical
NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- A 92-year-old Queens woman remains in critical condition one day after being hit by a minivan that was backing into a parking spot.
Police arrested the driver on an outstanding warrant for another matter. He was also issued a summons for careless driving.
Witnesses said he apparently didn't see the elderly woman at the curb on 75th Avenue in Kew Gardens Thursday.
