NEW YORK (CBS 2) — A 92-year-old Queens woman remains in critical condition one day after being hit by a minivan that was backing into a parking spot.

Police arrested the driver on an outstanding warrant for another matter. He was also issued a summons for careless driving.

Witnesses said he apparently didn’t see the elderly woman at the curb on 75th Avenue in Kew Gardens Thursday.

Typical C_the_BS news. The lying libs first report the minivan as an SUV! Because SUV! makes it scarier and furthers their agenda. Nothing but lies, distortions and half truths from CBS.

Dan Te: Please take your meds, there is no liberal agenda concerning 92 year olds being carelessly run over by someone rushing to get a parking spot in Queens. I have lived in rego park, forest hills, kew garden area for over 50 years now. Fighting for parking spots has never been worse. People honking if you slow down or don;t turn fast enough for them. 112th apparently not concerned to after the fact…..THERE IS NO LIBERAL CONSPIRICY!
