Man Charged With Sex Abuse After Incident With 9-Year-Old At Westbury Costco
WESTBURY, NY (WCBS 880) -- A man has been charged with sexual abuse after an incident with a child at a store on Long Island.

Police say a 9-year-old girl was looking at toys while shopping with her mother at a Costco in Westbury when 40-year-old Robert Mosquera walked up behind her and began making sexual movements.
Detectives say he also touched the girl.
The girl's mother saw what happened and called police.
Mosquera was arrested and was charged with sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Authorities said Mosquera lives close to the store.
