Suspect Wanted For Groping Two Women In Queens

QUEENS, NY (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for a suspect who is wanted for sexually assaulting two women in Queens.

Police say both attacks happened in July. In each one, the suspect goes up to a woman from behind, grabs her breast and then takes off.

The first assault happened near 88th Street on July 21 just after 3 p.m. Police say he pushed an 18-year-old woman to the ground before groping her.

The next morning on July 22 near 32nd Avenue, police say he groped a 21-year-old woman and then took off on foot.

Police say he's described as Hispanic between 25 and 30-years-old. They say he's 5'5" with black hair, a thin build and was wearing sunglasses.

Earlier this week, police arrested 18-year-old Jose Perez Hernandez in connection with a series of groping attacks on women on the Upper East Side.

Police said Hernandez would grab women from behind, oftentimes lifting a skirt. All the women he approached were in their 20s and early 30s.

If you have any information about the suspect wanted in Queens, call police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or visit their website.
