Police Seek Luis Moore, Who Allegedly Shot Two Children In The Bronx

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - The New York City Police Department wants your help finding a man they say shot a 2-year-old girl in the head and a 5-year-old girl in the neck.

The shooting took place Monday evening.

Cops say that at about 7:46 p.m., they responded to a 911 call. Apparently a group of people were standing around East 181st Street near Daly Avenue when a gunman opened fire.

Three people were hit, including a 20-year-old who was shot in the back. The 20-year-old may have been the intended target. He's in stable condition.

The 2-year-old girl and 5-year-old were also shot, and were rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital. The 2-year-old was in critical condition.

Police think 23-year-old Luis Moore is the shooter. He's 5'9" and about 165 pounds. He lives at 2130 Strange Avenue. He was last seen wearing black shorts and a white shirt.
