Gotham Gossipist: Demi Moore Appears Super Skinny At NYC Film Premiere

By Kimberly Rae Miller

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Demi Moore is known for being in enviable shape, but when she showed up to the premiere of the new film Margin Call at the Lower East Side's Landmark Sunshine Cinemas on Monday, she was markedly more svelte than usual.

While Moore took to Twitter to thank designer Zac Posen for the stunning red dress she wore to the premiere, the blogosphere was busy discussing her drastic weight loss.

The change in Moore's physique may have a lot to do with rumors that her marriage to Two and a Half men star, Ashton Kutcher is falling apart.

Sara Leal, a 23-year-old administrative assistant in San Diego, claims that she and Kutcher had an affair after a night out at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego - on what was supposed to be his and Moore's sixth wedding anniversary.

Leal claims that Kutcher told her that he and Moore had already separated - which is possible, considering Leal isn't the first woman to claim romantic involvement with him.

The couple has been seen wearing wedding rings and going to Yom Kippur services together since rumors of their separation surfaced, but a source close to the couple told Star magazine:

"Ashton and Demi have separated and the marriage is over. The relationship ended because of Ashton's serial cheating. It's a painful time for Demi. It was definitely a long time coming, but they're finally done for good."

Cheating sucks, but no man is worth starving yourself over, Demi.  You're in NYC now, how about a pizza? Or a hot dog? A visit to Chinatown?  Girl, it's time to eat a sandwich.
