Bill Belichick Breaks Down Pats Win On WFAN

NEW YORK  (WFAN) - Fresh off the last night's dismantling of the Jets, Patriots head coach Bill Belichick joined Joe and Evan to talk about the game.

Tom Brady threw three touchdown passes, including two to Rob Gronkowski, and the Patriots assumed sole possession of first place in the division with a convincing 37-16 victory.

"We were fortunate enough to come out on top. I'm sure we haven't hear the last from them," Belichick said.

Belichick declined to elaborate on a report in the New York Post about some vulgar remarks he made at MetLife Stadium after the Patriots' 37-16 victory over the Jets.

"I don't really remember that. Any conversations that I have privately, I'll just keep them private," he said.

When asked about the Jets-Pats rivalry Belichick reluctantly admitted it's significance.

"There's no love lost between these two teams. We're excited when we beat them. They're excited when they beat us. "
