YouTube Video Shows Woman Beating Up Boyfriend On NJ TRANSIT Train

CAMDEN, NJ (CBSNewYork) -- She was a woman scorned but she ended up in jail after New Jersey TRANSIT officials say a woman was seen beating up her boyfriend on board a River Line train because she said he was cheating on her -- and it was all caught on video.

The incident, which was posted on YouTube, happened on Nov. 29 around 4 p.m. on a train that was between Camden and Trenton. Commuters whipped out their cell phone cameras and began recording when the two started arguing.

In the video, the woman who NJ TRANSIT officials identified as 26-year-old Lisa Alyounes, can be seen yelling and cursing at the man while kicking and punching his head as he sits still.

She's then seen spitting in his face and says "Two years I gave you and you're going to cheat on me?"

The conductor stopped the train and called police. The two were removed and taken onto the train platform where Alyounes is seen in the video struggling with cops before being handcuffed.

NJ TRANSIT says Alyounes was arrested and charged with assault.

Trains were delayed in both directions while police were investigating.
