Achian would drive around in either a black Cadillac Escalade or black Infinity.

Police say Achian tried the alleged luring on Oct. 16, 20, 21, 25 and Nov. 7 in Montvale, Glen Rock, Ho-Ho-Kus, Ridgewood and Allendale.

In one of the incidents, Achian allegedly offered an 11-year-old girl walking home from the Fieldstone Middle School $1,000 to perform a sex act. The girl screamed and ran away. Achian allegedly previously tried the same thing in Allendale, that time targeting two 10-year-old girls leaving the Brookside Middle School.

Achian faces multiple counts of luring a child. Bail was set at $200,000.
