The money will go to making long overdue upgrades to the railroad station.

Chris Bruhl, head of the Business Council of Fairfield County, says it can be dangerous business when workers heading home from RBS and UBS headquarters try to dodge cars as they make their way across the street to the trains.

So, first pedestrian overpasses will be built.

"This will change the way they come across. It will have aesthetically designs not just a stark barrier. It will look good," said Bruhl on Monday.

Also in the works is a new parking garage.
