Gun-Toting Duo Wanted In Manhattan Store Robberies Including Sex & Pawn Shops

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - Police are looking for a pair of armed robbers who have targeted seven stores throughout Manhattan since October, including a sex toy shop and a luxury pet spa.

The first incident took place on October 13, 2011 at the Pleasure Chest at 156 7th Avenue. One of the suspects entered the store, grabbed an employee, simulated a firearm and stated, "Don't move, don't move, open the register," police said. He then  took money from the register and fled.

On Thursday, October 20, the same two men entered Braccialini New York located at 436 West Broadway, and displayed a silver firearm to an employee and demanded money, police said. The employee gave the suspects money and fled the location.

That same Thursday, the men entered EZ Pawn Corp. located at 200 West 14 Street. They displayed a silver firearm and demanded money and jewelry, police said. They then fled the location.

The pair struck again on Tuesday, November 8, at the M Z Wallace clothing store located at 102 Christopher Street. One of the suspects displayed a silver gun and demanded money, police said. The victim complied and the suspects fled with a laptop and  cash.

Two days later on Thursday, November 10, one of the suspects, armed with a gun, entered the Westside Rare and Used Store located at 2246 Broadway and demanded money. The victim complied and the suspect fled with cash.

On Friday, November 11, the suspects, one armed with a silver handgun, entered The Spot, a luxury dog spa, located at 105 West 72 Street and demanded money. The victim complied and the suspects fled with cash.

The last robbery occurred on Sunday, November 13, at the Creperie located at 112 MacDougal Street. The armed suspect demanded cash, the victim complied and the suspect fled, police said.

There were no reported injuries in any of the armed robberies.

Police describe the first suspect as a black male, between the age of 25-35, standing 5'5"-5'7" inches tall. He is armed with a silver handgun.

Police describe the second suspect as a black male, between the age of 25 to 35, standing 6 feet tall.
