When Bill in Ronkonkoma called in wanting to talk about yesterday's Winter Classic, Boomer was all ears. Turns out Bill really wanted to talk about was NBC's decision to replay the video from 1994 that saw Dan Marino dupe the Jets into thinking he was going to spike the ball, only to throw a game-winning touchdown pass to Mark Ingram.
Boomer was the quarterback for the Jets at the time and according to the Blonde Bomber, it was not a 'fake spike' at all and while making his case, got a little defensive...
