Talks Planned In Time Warner Cable, MSG Network Dispute

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — New talks are planned next week in an effort to bring MSG sports channels back to Time Warner Cable in New York.

The discussions are being brokered by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman's office after a dispute knocked MSG and MSG+ off of Time Warner on Jan. 1.

That has left many viewers missing broadcasts of Buffalo Sabres and New York Rangers hockey and New York Knicks basketball games.

Time Warner has said it won't pay a fee increase sought by MSG, while MSG has said it wants to be paid the same as other TV providers.
