NYPD: Suspect Wanted For Brooklyn Grocery Store Robbery

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are trying to identify a man they say is wanted for robbing a grocery store in Brooklyn.

It happened Monday around 4:20 a.m. at a grocery store at on 4th Avenue. Police say two employees were inside when the suspect walked in with a gun and said "if you want to live don't do anything."

That's when cops say he pushed the two workers into a storage locker in the back of the store and told them not to move. He then stole an unknown amount of cash, cigarettes, Metro cards and an iPhone before taking off.

Anyone with information should call police or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
