Gotham Gossipist: Baby Snooki On The Way? Reports Say 'Jersey Shore' Star Is Pregnant

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- To the future teachers of America: Brace yourself.

Though she's been denying reports of a pregnancy, a report in the New York Post Wednesday morning claimed that Jersey Shore star Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi is expecting.

The rumors of a Jersey Shore baby being on the way started earlier this month, but the Snookster quelled rumors on Good Morning America. The 24-year-old told Lara Spencer, "I definitely do want kids, but I'm not pregnant."

"Being pregnant should be a real thing and a happy thing, and I'm not."

Liar.

According to The Post, Snooki has already worked out a deal with Us Weekly to announce her pregnancy publicly, and is hoping to make herself the next Kourtney Kardashian.

What this means for her new Jersey City-based show with Jenni "JWoww" Farley, is yet to be determined.

A source involved in the show's production told the Post that "MTV went into crisis mode after they found out."

Snooki is said to be three months along, which means they won't be able to hide it much longer.

At least MTV doesn't have to do more casting calls for the next JS cast - they've already got a new addition in the making.
