Joggers on the Jones Beach boardwalk told WCBS 880 Long Island Bureau Chief Mike Xirinachs that there are a lot of benefits to these 60 and 70 degree temperatures in March.
“Lower heat bills,” said Carl from Massapequa. “One day, the Floridians will be over here and we’ll be over there. A lot more people are smiling.”
