Report: Gregg Williams Urges Saints To Injure 49ers In New 'Bountygate' Tape

NEW YORK (WFAN) -- New audio has surfaced in "Bountygate," reportedly of disgraced ex-Saints defensive coordinator Gregg Williams.

And it's telling.

Documentary filmmaker Sean Pamphilon uploaded a clip to YouTube in which Williams allegedly urges his players to injure various members of the San Francisco 49ers one day before the team's NFC Wild Card game.

WFAN's Boomer Esiason and Craig Carton played clips of the speech on air Thursday morning, as first reported by Yahoo! Sports:

Listen here. Caution: strong language.

"We've got to do everything in the world to make sure we kill Frank Gore's head," Williams reportedly said of the Niners running back. "We want him running sideways. We want his head sideways."

The NFL suspended Williams indefinitely for his role in New Orleans' pay-for-pain system. Saints head coach Sean Payton is appealing his year-long suspension.

"This microphone and the camera that filmed this is gonna be so detrimental to Gregg Williams," Esiason said, "(and) his attempt to ever come back in the NFL and coach ever again."

Pamphilon recorded the profanity-laden speech while following former Saints player Steve Gleason, who was diagnosed with ALS. He told Yahoo! Sports of one particular moment related to 49ers quarterback Alex Smith.

"At one point Williams says, 'We hit (expletive) Smith right there' -- then he points under his chin (and continues) -- 'remember me,' " Pamphilon said. "Then he rubs his thumb against his index and middle fingers -- the cash sign -- and says, 'I got the first one. I got the first one. Go get it. Go lay that (expletive) out.' "

Other lowlights include:

On backup halfback Kendall Hunter: "Little 32, we want to knock the (expletive) out of him. He has no idea what he's in for. When he's on the sideline, we've gotta turn that (expletive) over, turn their coaches over, turn the spectators over. Go and get that (expletive) on the sidelines."

On wide receiver Kyle Williams: "We need to find out in the first two series of the game, the little wide receiver, No. 10, about his concussion. We need to (expletive) put a lick on him, move him to decide. He needs to decide."

On wide receiver Michael Crabtree: "We need to decide whether Crabtree wants to be a fake-a-- prima donna or he wants to be a tough guy. We need to find that out, and he becomes human when you (expletive) take out that outside ACL."
