Three people who work in the shore town have filed a lawsuit which claims the noise from the gym next door has ruined their business.
They said that people dropping weights at the CrossFit King of the Beach gym on West Beech Street has even made their walls shake.
Mishoir Murdakhayev, who runs the Top Hat Barbershop, told Hall Thursday that he can't think straight, let alone run his business.
Joseph Hamlet, who works in financial services, and gym neighbor Robert Moore joined Murdakhayev in filing the lawsuit.
The owners of the gym refused to comment. In fact, when they saw reporters, they just shut down for the day.
