Ask Asa: Killed Twice

NEW YORK(CBS2) -- Clerical errors like misspellings or inverted address numbers are fairly common and inconvenience many Americans every day.

But, another type of mistake that can cause big problems plagues thousands of Americans every year. CBS 2's Asa Aarons calls it 'premature death syndrome', it happens when records show that you are dead even though you are still among the living.
