Police: New York Giant David Diehl Crashed Into Four Parked Cars, Failed Breathalyzer Test

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- New York Giants offensive lineman David Diehl was arrested in connection with a suspected DWI, according to police.

Diehl, 31, allegedly drove a BMW into four parked cars in Astoria after watching a soccer game at a bar, police said.

Diehl stayed at the scene of the accident and there were no injuries.

According to authorities, Diehl was taken to the 114th precinct where he failed a breathalyzer test.

Charges are pending.
