Brown remains on supervised probation after pleading guilty to assaulting Rihanna at a pre-Grammy party in 2009.

No arrests have been made.

Police are looking to question both Brown and Drake to find out how the five people got injured, however, Drake is scheduled to perform in Saratoga on Thursday evening.

Brown is said to be cooperating with police. Drake has declined to speak to police for now, saying he would do so at a time more convenient for both him and his attorney.

Drake's spokesperson issued a statement wearing a Drake shirt saying, "Drake did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind last night at W.I.P. He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began. He did not engage in any activity which resulted in injury to person or damage to property."

Representatives for Brown said he, his girlfriend and friends were the victims of a "brutal assault."
