Tocci is a former cheerleader. She allegedly called up her former boyfriend and offered to show him her new car. When he arrived at the parking lot, he was attacked by men wielding with a baseball bat and pipe, police said.

"She allegedly watched the assault and when the assault was over and the man was lying on the ground bleeding, she left in her car," Wyckoff Police Chief Benjamin Fox told CBS 2's Lou Young.

"It's violent. It was premeditated and it's absolutely unacceptable," Fox said.

Tocci raised eyebrows with her mugshot, in which she is seen smiling broadly ear-to-ear.

"I have no explanation why the woman decided to photograph that way. She's obviously smiling," Fox said.
