NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – A plea deal is expected for one of the women accused of running a high-end escort service from an Upper East Side apartment in what has been labeled the “Soccer Mom Madam” case.

Published reports said she’ll plead guilty to a misdemeanor and avoid a lengthy jail sentence for promoting prostitution. The pair has claimed they are innocent of charges, maintaining they were running a legitimate upscale matchmaking service.
