Jaynie Mae Baker is expected to appear Thursday before a judge without alleged madam Anna Gristina.

Published reports said she'll plead guilty to a misdemeanor and avoid a lengthy jail sentence for promoting prostitution. The 30-year-old is accused, along with Gristina, of running a high-priced brothel from an apartment on East 78th Street.

The pair has claimed they are innocent of charges, maintaining they were running a legitimate upscale matchmaking service.

It's unclear if the deal would mean that Baker will have to testify against Gristina, who has refused to enter into a plea agreement with the District Attorney's office.
