How To Eat Healthy When You Have Odd Hours

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- New York is the city that never sleeps - and a 24-hour town means there are people working around the clock to keep it that way.

So how do those of us who work weird hours avoid eating whatever unhealthy stuff we can get our hands on?

Registered dietician Laura Cipullo stopped by The Couch to fill us in on the best snacks for us.

"The most important thing is having means every 3-4 hours and having snacks every 2-3 hours," Cipullo said. "If you have a 16 hour day, or longer than 16 hours."
