The Giants' safety admitted the Giants gave points to the Bengals and didn't play with the correct level of discipline.

"They didn't do anything remarkable.  We gave them at least 21 points, easily," he told Joe and Evan.

He continued, "We've got to get back to the basics and get back to playing football the way we know how to play football and being a disciplined unit -- that's what gave our run we went on last year."

After the bye week, the Giants are face a major test against the Green Bay Packers in Week 12.

"We need to do whatever we can to get this thing back on track," Rolle stated.

Evan Roberts asked Rolle if Eli Manning's could turn around his recent poor performances.  Phil Simms recently said Manning isn't an elite quarterback.  Rolle believes Manning will be just fine.

"Eli's going to be fine.  Eli's going to be great.  The offense is going to be great.  Those guys are going to bounce back," he responded.

Rolle doesn't think the Giants' self-belief has been dented.

""I have all the confidence in the world in this team," he said.  "Never once have I ever doubted the faith, the heart, and the hard work of this team."
