NYPD Hunts Man Who Mugged Queens Woman In An Elevator
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - The New York Police Department wants your help identifying the man seen on video robbing a woman of her purse.
The incident took place Tuesday at about 8 p.m. in Queens. That's when police say the mugger followed the victim into the elevator. The victim, 58, was threatened and pushed, police said. The mugger allegedly acted as though he had a gun.
The mugger took the purse and ran off. The victim was not injured.
