Cuomo To Hold New Year's Open House At Executive Mansion

ALBANY, N.Y. (CBSNewYork/AP) -- New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo will open his Executive Mansion in Albany to the public on New Year's Day.

The governor has invited anyone over the age of 16 to register online for a ticket that will allow him or her to bring one guest, as well as children from their households.

Registrants must provide their street addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, and driver's license numbers. Both New York and out-of-state residents are eligible for tickets.

The open house will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 1.

Taking photos or videos will not be allowed.
