NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A New York City police officer was arrested early Monday, reportedly on charges that he pulled a gun on a construction worker.

Officer Jim Paul, 34, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. in the 71st Precinct, which is located at the southern end of Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
