Ben Taylor, Son Of James Taylor And Carly Simon, To Perform NYC Benefit Concert

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - Ben Taylor, son of James Taylor and Carly Simon, will be performing a benefit concert for the Songs of Love Foundation, a national nonprofit organization that provides personalized songs for children battling serious illness.

In addtion to performing songs from his latest album, the audience will participate in the live recording of the chorus of a song of love that Ben will create for 8-year-old Greta Halton, who is battling a rare disease.

The concert is at Symphony Space, 2537 Broadway (at 95th Street) on Thursday, February 21 at 8 p.m. There is a pre-show reception at 6:30 p.m. at Bar Thalia downstairs from the venue.

The Songs of Love Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating personalized songs for chronically and terminally ill children and young adults.
