Police said he had first threatened her with some 200 phone calls and text messages in one week, telling he she would pay for breaking up with him.

Then on Tuesday, police said he showed up at her apartment, pretending to be a UPS delivery man.

When she opened the door, he allegedly jolted her with the stun gun in the neck and stomach, telling her, "Now you will pay for everything," and then raped her.

He's now facing charges including predatory sexual assault, burglary, and criminal possession of a weapon.

The charges carry 25 years in prison if he's convicted.
