NEW YORK (WLNY) — Fitness and wellness expert Tracey Mallett visited us The Couch for Tuesday’s Fit Minute.

She’s the creator of the Booty Bar, an exercise program that works on the total body. It combines Pilates and ballet to focus on the abdominal and the lower body.
