Police In Queens Looking For Suspects Wanted In String Of Hotel Robberies
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for suspects who they say are wanted for a string of hotel robberies in Queens.
The first happened back on Dec. 29. Just after 1 p.m., police said the suspects walked into a Quality Inn on 94 Avenue, pulled out a gun and demanded money, police said. The two then took off with cash and an iPad, police said.
Then on Feb. 4, police said they robbed a Howard Johnson Rockaway Boulevard, making off with cash.
The next day, they walked into a La Quinta on Van Wyck Boulevard armed with a gun and demanded cash, police said.
The latest incident happened April 5 just after 2 a.m. at a Howard Johnson on Rockaway Boulevard. Police said one of the suspects pulled out a gun while the other two removed cash. The three then fled, police said.
Police said in the first three robberies, the suspects leave the scene in a silver Audi.
