Jill Smokler Tries To Dispel Myths About Motherhood

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - We've all heard about the joys of motherhood, familiar sayings like, "Having kids keeps you young" and "You'll be back to yourself in no time."

Well, there are a lot of things people don't tell you about motherhood.

One author is trying to change that.

Jill Smokler is dispelling some common mommy myths in her new book "Motherhood Comes Naturally."

She stopped by The Couch on Wednesday to talk about the book.
