Search Under Way For Missing NJ Woman

LONG HILL, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- A search is under way in Morris County for a missing Long Hill woman who has been missing since Wednesday.

Carrie Ruffner, 34, was last seen leaving her parent's home in Basking Ridge around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Morris County Prosecutor's Office.

She was supposed to go to her home on Myersville Road in Long Hill Township and then go back to her parent's house, but never returned, officials said.

Ruffner is about 5-foot-7, has blonde hair, hazel eyes and weighs about 130 pounds with an athletic build and broad shoulders. She was last seen wearing a black jacket and black pants.
