Celebrating Free Comic Book Day With DC Comics' Jim Lee

NEW YORK (WLNY) -- Saturday is "Free Comic Book Day," where you can take your kids to the local comic shop to sample some freebies.

Among the nearly 5 million comics that will be given out across the country is a special Superman issue, "The Last Son of Krypton."

This year marks the 75th anniversary of Superman after all.

Some big plans are in the works to mark the milestone. DC Comics co-publisher and superstar artist Jim Lee joined us on The Couch on Friday to talk about it. He'll be appearing Saturday night at Midtown Comics Downtown (64 Fulton Street).
