CORAM, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) — A Bronx man who was driving a car filled with seven passengers, including three children, is accused of driving while intoxicated.

Among the seven passengers in the vehicle were two 11-year-old children and one 14-year-old child, police said.

Lezama was scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Monday.
The children have been released to the custody of family members.
